Interface element

Hi, I am proceeding with a two-dimensional modelling of a beam with quad elements. I used truss elements for the longitudinal reinforcement bars.
I also used to simulate other truss segments FRP (shear reinforcement). The problem is that I wanted to connect the quad element and the FRP truss element with the interface elements.
If someone can search advise what type of interface element to use. For the time I've used elements of zero length. I also wanted to know if anyone knows what a bond stress-bond slip can I use for these interface elements.
