Modelling beam concrete 2D

Hello everyone new to the forum. I have a two-dimensional model of a beam of reinforced concrete. I must then use the shell element thickness, and I was wondering if anyone knows how the mesh of these elements shell.

can you rephrase the question or maybe put it in italian and if we are lucky silvia, who is lurking, might answer it or at least translate it for me.
