cannot open openSees.exe

Adding a new zero-length element. All seems o.k. while compiling other than:

openSees fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file '.\..\..\bin/openSees.exe'

I checked to see that the .exe is inside the bin folder, too. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

if this is windows you are probably running OpenSees, windows will not allow
you to create a new .exe if one is already in use .. stop the other .exe
