length of plastic hinge

hi dr. silvia,
I want to use beam with hinges in my concrete frame. and in joint of beam and column
use rigid zone with geomTransf command.I want to know when i enter length of plastic
hinge, i must add rigid zone length to length of plastic hinge that is got from experimental
formula (Lp=0.08*L+0.022*Fy*db) or only second term is enough. Namely, length of plastic hinge
is measured from end of rigid zone length or not??
