Why I can't find them in the manul.

I read some replys in this community,someone mentioned Wallace and new element he proposed which can count flexture-shear interaction.
Where can I get this new element.
Moreover, I always can not find the command , the material model and the element somebody mentioned . Is the manual updated or
is there any newer version for Opensees? My version is 2.1.0.

for the wallace element, look under beam-column elements

some items are not in the manual because they are undocumented
