error in tcl installation

error in tcl installation

Hi,

I am installing OpenSees 2.2.1 on linux cluster and getting following error.

Hi! Could u fix it??? ...I am having a similar problem while installing OpenSees on a parallel Cluster...please help me if you remember what u did that time.. :(
