different load on each fiber??

Post by danielzoetzl »

Hi all,

is it possible to apply different loads on different layers in one fiber section?

I am trying to apply a more realistic heat transfer curve to an element, then just a linear by giving a top and bottom temperature.

I can define different elements and link them together using equalDOF , but then only the nodes are constraint, not the elements. Also it is not a very good way to solve this problem if you have a more complicated model.

So is it possible to call the different layers in a fiber section and apply different loads to them?

Thanks
Daniel
