about new material

hi everyone, when i introduce a new material to opensees materail library, it warning:
"fatal error LNK1181: cannot open input file "tcl84.lib"
Error executing link.exe."
i do not know why?
who can give me some advice, thanks a lot!

it cannot find the tcl84.lib ... what version are you using, the current lib should be tcl8.5.
