question about new materials

hi everyone, i want to introduce a new material to opensees materail library, and when i run the .dsw file, it warning:
fatal error c1083:cannot open include file: "tcl.h":no such file or directory……
who can give me some advice, thanks a lot!

you need to install Tcl (.exe, libs and includes) and it needs to be in C:\Progarm FIles\Tcl
