analyze the seepage model

I want to build a dynamic model for the seepage problem,can I use the up or upu element for the model?
when using the up and upu element,how can I apply the boundary condition of fluid pressure?

could you give me a simple example tcl script for a 2D(or 3D) dynamic model? For example,a dam with a suddent increasing of the upriver water head.[/b]
