is pseudo time in displacement control analysis load factor or it's something else ?

the pseudo time is the time passed to the load pattern .. the load pattern passes this pseudo time to the TimeSeries to obtain the load factor .. the load factor is then applied to all the loads in the load pattern.

so if you have a linear TimeSeries with a factor of 1 then it is equal to the load factor. for all other cases it is not.
