lap splice modeling in concrete frame

i want to simulated lap splice in column and shear wall for my thesis,but i don't know how to modeling this part of column or shear wall
can someone help me on this?

I haven't modeled shear walls, but I based my column lap splice models on this one and good results:

Keep in mind this model is for relatively short splices near support and joint regions in poorly confined columns.
