I couldn't find any download link for "OSP" and "TCL Editor" in opensees website! could anyone tell me please where may I find them to download?

you can't find the links on our site because the students who wrote them left, the code used to develop them does not reflect what is currently in the application,
the code they used to develop them where never provided and as a consequence no-one has updated the code, and finally no provision was provided for the maintaining of the
sites on which they placed their applications.
