opensees stopped working!!

I dont understand why Opensees is stopping to work as i increase my element number beyond 10000 whereas when I try in other systems with same configuration as mine it works fine. Where is it possibly going wrong? Any ideas??

if you have more than 10000 elements and an old machine you might be having memory problems, if it is just due to element numbering (i.e. you have far fewer elements but just use crazy numbering schems) the problem should not be happening.
