Penalty constraints with AlphaOS

Hi,

Could penalty constraints work with AlphaOS?
When I tired, it always showed "WARNING PenaltySP_FE::getC_Force() - not yet implemented".

Are you guys using the latest opensees code? In me that line of code is commented out so I wouldn't be getting an error. Try running your code using the latest opensees
