I performed gravity and eigen analysis got the following error can any one please tell me what does it mean?
BandArpackSolver::Error in dgbtrf_
Warning FrequencyAlgo::solveCurrentStep() - the EigenSOE failed in solve().
EigenAnalysis::analyze() - algorithm failed

Thank you Silvia. Last time I did not give restraints for the master node
Now my code is running. But there is another problem. I am analyzing 3 story 3d building with rigidDiaphragm so it should have 3 DOFS at each node leading to total 9 DOFS. If I am doing analysis using
eigen generalized 4
I am getting four eigen vectors
but If I give any value more than 4 then it is giving the following error message.
Could you please tell me what is the problem?
