Add New Uniaxial Material

Dear OpenSees Developer;
i have been studying opensees for 3 years. i have studied for my master thesis. i want to add new material. i read your document(AddingYourCode.pdf) about this topic. i run your example1.tcl truly (ElasticPPcpp material), but then i wrote my new material code and i follow same step. unfortunately, when i run my example opensees said: Warning couldn't create uniaxialMaterial. what is the problem? what is your suggestions to solve this problem.

My other question is abaout TortoiseSVN Authentication. when i modified some .cpp or .h file i think i commit this new file to use "SVN commit" button. rigth click new file and i choose this button then Authentication window pops up and it want username and password. this username and password need which site's account. because i'm your member and i wrote my opensees.berkley.edu account information but it doesn't work. then i have tigris.com(tortoise download page) account but it doesn't work again. i don't understand which account information
i need quick help because i must finish my thesis in short time.

Thank you for your quck reply. as far as i understand your answer, i don't commit with TortoiseSVN. Because you don't allow us. My other problem is how can i use my new materal? i wrote my material code with c++ and i buıld this code, so i have .dll file. what is the last step for add my material code? this is so important for me because i have limited time for submit my thesis. if you have a time, could you explain me detailed "adding new material" steps ?
