error help

Hi
I am analyzing 3 story 3d building with rigidDiaphragm so it should have 3 DOFS at each node leading to total 9 DOFS. If I am doing analysis using
eigen generalized 4
I am getting four eigen vectors
but If I give any value more than 4 then it is giving the following error message.
