Active and Semi-Active Control in OpenSees

Is there any example for usage of active and semi-active dampers in structures?
If not, here is my problem. I have moment resisting frame structure and I have a damper and an earthquake record with 40 second duration.
I want this damper to damp seismic energy and force from duration 5 to 15 s, and out of this range I want my MRF to endure seismic load by itself.
Can you help me how to model this in OpenSees?!
