Integrator loadcontrol

Post by samcivil »

Hello
please clarify me
what is the value in front of integrator loadcontrol in pushover analysis?
is it the base shear increment or the load vector increment in each step?
thanks

it is the amount by which the pseudoTime is going to be invremenetd in the domain. the loadpatterns take this pseudotime from the domain, obtain a load factor form the associated time series and the apply this load factor to the loads in the pattern.

if you have a Linear times series with a factor of 1, then the load factor and the psueodtime are the same, so the answer tou your question would be yes if this is what you have.
