problem with randomVariablePositioner command

Post by giakila »

I first define the reliability domain and then the parameters and the random variables but i get the messege : invalid command name "randomVariablePositioner". Has this command been removed in the last version?
Thank you in advance!

The randomVariablePositioner command has been removed and is now replaced by the parameterization framework. All parameters (random variables as well as finite element model and response parameters) are now created using the parameter command. See the examples in the SRC/reliability/EXAMPLES folder for how the new syntax works with finite element reliability analysis. Random variables need to be created independently and then associated with a parameter.
