NEESHub Interpreter got frozen

Post by MIRomero »

I am running a 3D soil model using Bbarbrick with around 32000 elements in NEESHub.
Yesterday I left it running, and it was running slowly, but running.
And today when I logged in to my session, the OpenSees Interpreter was frozen, meaning the the screen was grey.
I opened again the OpenSees Interpreter from the application tab within the same session, and I got back the Interpreter but none of the script from yesterday was shown.
What could have happened?
I am not sure if re-running it , will make a difference in what happened.
Could you please give me some advice in this matter?
Thank you in advance.

I left the model re-running in NEESHub, and it got frozen again.

I am getting this filexfer469.log:

inactive for a while -- shutting down...

I am not sure what is the cause of disconnection.
Please let me know if you have any idea, or I need to submit more information regarding the issue.

Thank you.

you should probably run this one from the workspace. if you have the workspace tool avail to you launch it. otherwise sumit a ticket asking for aceess to the workspace tool.

the workspace is going to bring up a linux screen when you run it.

To start OpenSees: type the following inthe terminal window:
/apps/share64/opensees/bin/OpenSees

Thank you for your advice. I already submitted ticket# 5513 requesting access to the workspace.
