Hi everybody
I want to verify a Experimental program that compares FRP and steel bars with together in a simply supported beam and subjected to a point load at mid-span.
i have used nonlinear element, concrete01 and seel01 materials. my results are very different .
Is it correct to use opensees for that?

Yes, you can use OpenSees for that. You may have errors in your model that are causing this.
