Dynamic Equation solution techniques?

With which technique in math it's been solved the general dynamic equations such as K-lamda*M=F, this actually is eigenvalue problem. But which methods is preffered in general and which method uses OpenSees ?

It depends on the solver you use. You can not find this type of info on OpenSees. Look at the websites of the solvers.
