My thesis is about the nonlinear dynamic analysis of steel plate shear walls with the moment resisting special frame. the structure is in the high seismicity area.considering that in modeling with the strip model, all the joints are modeled as moment resistant, i want to know if it is possible to consider the column-beam connection in the steel plate shear wall as moment resistant?

I do not understand your question completely, but in OpenSees you can define moment connections between beams and columns.
