the hub is a linux machine .. linux and windows machines use different conventions for the root directory, slashes .. also dir and file names are case dependent in linux and not so in windows
.. your problem could lie here.

Dear Mr. Masoudi,
I had exactly the same problem, too; but after a lot of change in my commands, finally I could resolve it :)! I noticed that in my Tcl. Editor software, "time" in the recorder command is shown in purple color, however it should have been in black color; so, the only thing you must do is typing the commands by yourself (i.e. don't copy them from Manual!). You could also copy them from Tcl. example files provided in http://opensees.berkeley.edu/wiki/index.php/Examples. I wish you succeed ;)

Thanks for your reply. However, the problem is still unsolved. I am continuing to use NEEShub for my model because on my PC I have incomplete recorder files.
For example recorders for columns work perfect but for beams I have problem.
