Which references have good description for Concrete02 and Steel02?

you should contact professor Filippou at UCB, he is the original author, as i don't think there is an official publication about them.

Is the Prof Filippou E-mail filippou@ce.berkeley.edu? I did't get the reply for this E-mail.
Is the Stress-Strain Compressive curve of concrete01 and concrete02 based on the Kent-Scott-Park model?

as the manual specifies for Concrete01 (concrete02 is just like concrete01 in compression), yes.
