recorder EnvelopeNode -file $dataDir/DFreeENvelope.out -time -node 141 -dof 1 disp
recorder EnvelopeElement -file $dataDir/FEnvy1111.out -time 1111 localForce

when I only add these two commands to Example07, and no warnings appear OS is still not giving output whether "-time" appears.

if you compare your second command with the manual, you will see why this you do not get anything, as the format is wrong.

about the node one, i do not know.
