Hello everybody.
I wonder if i can solve a problem with contrsuction stages in opensees.
Firstly I would like to make a gravity analysis in a concrete framed building and after I want to add some inframed shear walls . Then i should make a pushover analysis ! Do you believe that is possible to do it in the same script?
This is the general idea....

nodes of frame
elements
gravity loads
gravity analysis
put inframed shear walls connected with the nodes of frame
horizontal load
pushover analysis

Yes, you can create new elements after you perform the analysis.
