I model a 2-Story Moment Frame with Panel Zones and RBS. I use the 2-Story Moment Frame with Panel Zones and RBS example in Openseeswiki.
I have two questions:
1) How do I consider interaction between axial force and moment in columns?
2) Do I consider the yield moment equal to My= Fy *Z?

If you have rotational springs at the column ends you do not account for P-M interaction. If you want to account for this interaction you will have to use force-based fiber-section beam-column element.
