nDMaterial Template3Dep in OpenSees2.3.1

Hi all,
Is "nDMaterial Template3Dep" is there in OpenSees2.3.1 or it has been removed?
I tried this material to model concrete using the some example file by B. Jeremic. But it's showing following ERROR:
