Pre-stress concrete problem

hello silvia, i work on the subject about useing fiber material to analysis pre-stress concrete component, i choose opensees to simulate it. so i want to use the new material ,the steel with pre-strain . but the help file is no available now. would you pleased to give me some short command word about the new steel material especially tell me how to add the pre-strain in the command word. i need your help silvia!!!

the c++ code is shown below .. in your script, you have to provide the optional a1 a2 a3 and a4 args and then you specify what the initial stress is, the sigini.

theMaterial = new Steel02(tag, fy, E, b, R0, cR1, cR2, a1, a2, a3, a4, sigini);

oh,that is great, thank you very much , now i can build the model i need .but i also want to know when the new manual will be available

one more question, the default value of a1,a2,a3,a4 is 0, 0.55, 0, 0.55, is it right??? fmk ,can you give me some default value
