Hi Vesna,
I have a question. I always give strain hardening value 0.001~0.01 to steel. And I found out that this value can affect the behavior of the element largely. Then, could you please tell me what is an appropriate value for strain hardening ratio? Is there any paper on this? I searched for a long time, but I can not find any discussion on this.
Thanks a lot!
Value for strain hardening ratio?

Re: Value for strain hardening ratio?
Yes, the range you are considering for strain hardening is pretty big and can greatly influence the response of the element. In few calibrations based on experimental results I saw b=0.003 and this is the value I use for modeling steel elements.

Hi
I want a exactly curve of stress strain of steel 37 for modeling by ElasticMultiLinear material( considering hardening effect) . can you help for these values?
