cyclic load analysis

I am a new user, I saw the cyclic load analysis which is included in example mannual its have some supporting files for generating cyclic load, but I need more simple example on cyclic load analysis.

The easiest way to do cyclic analysis may be to use Matlab to create .out file that will contain displcement history. Then, you can use "path time series" to set it as a time series for your analysis. Use "sp" command to constrain displacements defined by time series to a specific node and dof. Use "penalty constrains" for your analysis and "Load Control" as integrator.
