Regarding version of latest stable,tar.gz(2.3.2)

Dear fmk and all,
While downloading from developer page, the latest stable release is downloaded as 2.3.0, instead of 2.3.2. Is it a mistake or the file is actually the 2.3.0 version? I have not compiled the new version till now due this confusion. Pl clarify.

Where can I download the source files for version 2.3.2?

The svn version has problem when I try to compile it.
