Sub-structure Method (Soil Modeling with Wolf methods)

Hi every body
I have problem with modeling the soil with the Sub-structure Method or the model that was given by Wolf.
I need just one link that have the axial Stiffness and damper and also rotational Stiffness and damper.

please Help me!!!
