Dodd_Restrepo Steel Material

Hi All,

I am trying to use Dodd_Restrepo steel model and it gives me a warning saying "WARNING could not create uniaxialMaterial Dodd_Restrepo"
I am using the latest Opensees 2.3.1 on Windows machine.

I am simply defining a basic model builder and then try to define the material

model basic -ndm 2 -ndf 3
uniaxialMaterial Dodd_Restrepo 1 45.0 68.0 0.02 0.18 29000.0 0.03 50.0

The Dodd_Restrepo steel model is added to OpenSees last Fraday. Download the latest version of OpenSees and try it again.
