when does these messages appear? What is fault ?
1- Large trial compressive strain
2- Warning – ForceBeamColumn2d: :update – failed to get compatible element forces & deformations for element: 67
3- SectionAggregator: : getSectionFlexibility - - singular section stiffness

this has to do with the reinforcing steel material, doesn't it?

you should contact the material authors.
in the meantime, you should try to use the hysteretic material, or steel02.
