How can we define a constant damping ratio with rayleigh damping?
Is it possible to define constant damping ratio for all modes?
can any body suggest me to define 4 constants in rayleigh command

the ratio is constant.
see the manual to see which ones they are.
you need to decide if you want to do mass-prop damping, and then choose only one of the stiffness-prop damping values, depending on which stiffness matrix you want to use.
