I wonder how can I model shear walls in OpenSees?

If you are looking for a shear wall element there is a Flexure-Shear Interaction Displacement-Based Beam-Column Element specifically developed for shear walls (http://opensees.berkeley.edu/wiki/index ... mn_Element). Check it to see if that is what you are looking for.
