Recording stress strain values when using Circular Patch

Hi,

I am trying to model a circular RC pile in Opensees using fiber section.
When I try to record the stress-strain values at a certain "fiber" location, it just spits out an empty file.
If I change the section to a rectangular patch, it seems to work fine.

to output the strass-strain relationships for a fiber of a circular patch use rather fiber number then coordinates.
