Yes, the three columns of data you are getting are time, axial strain and curvature. In order to record shear strain you have to assign shear force-deformation relationship to your sections.

You can not record shear strain if you did not assign shear force-deformation relationship to your section. One of the ways to do it is to use Section Aggregator command to assign shear force-deformation relationship to the section.

I have used this recorder for curvature

The format of output for this recorder is : axial-strain curvature
So why there is 4 column except time?
My model is 3D

Is it 3D analysis? If so, it's axial strain, curvature about local z, curvature about local y, twist angle
