dear everyone,
Is the Isolator2spring Section 2D?
How could I simulate the 3D bearing in a bridge?
Thank you!

Yes, Isolator2spring Section works only in 2D. To model 3D bearing you can try to do it using elastomeric bearing element:

Dear vesna,
Thank you for your reply. But I have some basic questions for the command. These are about local coordinates and global coordinates. If the local x-axis coincides with the global z-axis in the non-zero length element, could I think the "$x1 $x2 $x3" is "0 0 1"?I did like this, but I got the warning "ignoring nodes and using specified local x vector to determine orientation".Why? Isn't what I understand right?
