Is there something wrong with my model ?

I need to ask for "eigen 1" of my model.However,the opensees give me a warning:
WARNING BandGenLinLapackSolver::solve() -LAPACK routine returned 7

I think there may be something wrong with my code ,I[b] want to know what cause the warning? Anyone can help me?[/b]

The solver is unable to solve the system of equations. There is a problem with the stiffness matrix of your model. It usually comes from insufficient fixity of the model or from hanging nodes.
