ViscoElastic nDMaterial

I am wondering if anyone has coded a visco-elastic nDMaterial. I am trying to do equivalent linear site response for soil in a way that is similar to SHAKE. That requires specifying a shear modulus and damping ratio for each soil type, hence global Rayleigh damping in combination with an ElasticIsotropic material is not an option.

I just learned that you can assign different Rayleigh damping parameters to different elements using the region command. Thanks to Zhaohui Yang for pointing me in the right direction.
