where can I download the theory manual?

I have download a command manual,but have not the theory manual.
I am now use OS in the cycle lateral displace analysis of reinfoced concrete column.In the tcl command file, I select the concrete02 and steel02 material respectly for concrete and rebar.But I can't find detailed explaination about the two material except a brief introduction about them in the command manual.

For now, the theory manual does not exist. If you need more information than what is given in the command manual you can look at the source code:
