Shear Links!!!!!

Hi, I want to know if someone had take in account the inelastic shear deformation of a column-beam element, especifically to model shear links in excentrically braced frames using opensees. I'm a newbie, so I'm looking for the relative advantages of this code with other code called RUAUMOKO, which is mostly used in my university. Greetings!
