no. have a look at our hysteretic material. if you search the forums you will see that one person was writing code to implement them, do not know if they were successful or not.

you can use hysteretic material to represent the response of a "Thin Takeda" hysteretic model. Which is usually recommended for nonlinear response of columns.
For the case of beams, this will be a little conservative consideration in terms of energy dissipation, which is usually model with a "Fat Takeda" model.
