Flexural and torsional stiffness for fiber model

I analyze an existing structure so I need to have actual values for flexural and torsional stiffness of the members. If I choose fiber section for the members do I have to give any additional data for the stiffnesses of the members???
Do I have to use "section Aggregator" for torsional stiffness?

a default value of 1e10 is provided. It is a good idea to use the section aggregator to modify this if youexpect torsion to be important in your model.

What is going on with flexural stiffness???
Do I have to calculate Ix and Iy on my own or by giving a fiber section at the member these values are defined by the programme?

the fiber section takes care of the axial and flexural properties ..the only 1 it misses is the torsional.

there is no shear .. if you wantto include shear effects you have to aggregate the section with a material for the shear-deformation response. search the site for how to do it.
