Anyone have any recommendations on the values of C and m to model isolators?

Hi Silvia,

What type of isolator? I've used a viscous damper + hystereric material + spring in parallel to model sliding PTFE with restoring force type isolators.

that can work, i just need some reasonable values. can you please give me an example, for the numbers you used for all cases?
